Impressions
As a frequent traveler for business purposes, I recently visited the Crowne Plaza Syracuse, an IHG Hotel. One of the first things that caught my attention was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They had a bell staff and porter who were quick to assist me with my luggage upon arrival. The room service was exceptional, with prompt delivery of my meals and snacks. Additionally, the hotel offered laundry and dry cleaning services, which allowed me to have my clothes cleaned within a short period of time.
One of the best features of the Crowne Plaza Syracuse was their airport shuttle service. They offered both shuttle and free airport shuttle services, which made it extremely convenient for me to get to and from the hotel. The shuttle service was always on time and allowed me to avoid the hassle of dealing with taxis or public transportation. Overall, the service provided by the Crowne Plaza Syracuse was top notch and made my stay a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business purposes.
